DFM2HTML is an HTML and web site designer for Windows. The program is simple - you can drag and drop buttons, menus, etc. onto the web page. This is also a WYSIWYG editor which means the output HTML would look exactly the same as that you were editing.

I've been using this editor for years and what I like most about it, is the possibility to create a website which is really personal and different from those preconfigured ones. At first it might seem a little odd to users who have an indepth HTML-programming knowledge, but once one has figured out how, even those guys could save a lot of time using it in conjunction with other tools. There's only one - imho minor - disadvantage: The created websites are not really useful for units with smaller screens, such as mobile phones.
